Parent Meetings:

When: First Wednesday of each month, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.

Following each Troop Leadership Council (TLC) meeting on the first Wednesday of each month, Troop 87 parents meet from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. to figure out how to execute what the scouts have planned, among other things. Parent involvement is absolutely vital to our troop. There is a vigorous crew of assistant leaders helping our Scouts to succeed, but more help is always welcome.

In the unlikely case that you are unable to attend a parent meeting, the minutes from the meeting will always be posted online (Member Area), and emailed to the troop email list.

Adult Leadership Training:

All adult Scout leaders must be fully trained. A basic overview of the Adult Leadership training process can be found here, via the BSA website.

Youth Protection Training:
